is composed of 4 villages : La Bolline, La Roche, St. Dalmas, Mollières and La Colmiane which is a winter-sports resort.

 Situation : “Vallée de la Tinée”, a link between “the Tinée” valley and “ the Vésubie” valley. Altitude      : from 600 meters to 2897 meters.

Population : 871 inhabitants.


Works of Art listed : Church Sainte Croix and the altarpiece of St. François in St. Dalmas Valdeblore.

The patron Saint of the church is Saint Dalmas.

 There are also : a local museum, the church St. Jacques in La Bolline, a church in Mollières, the chapel St. Jean in La Roche, a chapel of the “Penitents” in every hamlets and more modest chapels like : Notre Dame, Saint Joseph, Saint Roch and Saint Donat.

 HIKING : the footpath GR5 runs through the village. Hiking on all our mountains. Theme trails. Numerous mountain lakes : lakes « de Frémamorta », « des Millefonts », « de Tavels ». Lac Nègre, Lac de Barn, Lac d’en Veillos … streams and small valleys of Mollières, Millefonts, Gasc and Bramafan.
